Individual Service Options (ISO)

ISO is a high-intensity, home-based program of interventions multiple times a week for complex child protection cases. Waypoint’s Permanency Therapist and Parent Coach collaborate with other treatment professionals as a unified team.

Individual Service Options (ISO) is a comprehensive, intense home-based program for complex cases referred by child protective services or Juvenile Justice. The program partners a Waypoint Permanency Therapist with a Parent Coach for supervised visits as needed. Multiple therapeutic sessions and Parent Coach visits will occur weekly. The Waypoint ISO team often works with a New Hampshire Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) licensed foster home, relative provider, or residential facility (with special permissions) as a united team.

The ISO program tailors therapeutic, social and community-based services to the specific needs of a child and family, and strives to create a safe, stable, positive home environment for each child.
