Community-Based Voluntary Services

Waypoint’s Community-Based Voluntary Services (CBVS) preserve families and prevent state intervention. We work with you to strengthen your family and keep your children safe at home in a nurturing environment where they can thrive. CBVS can help your family recognize your own strengths and find solutions to everyday problems.

Raising children is hard work. Waypoint is here to help. Through CBVS, you have a family support worker who is dedicated just to you and works with you to help you keep your family together and thriving. You receive services and support tailored to your needs.

CBVS is a free, short-term program and there is no state involvement. Once your DCYF assessment is closed, we will work with you to strengthen your parenting skills and connect you with resources to help you achieve your goals for your family.
