Regional Access Points
Waypoint has three designated Regional Access Points (RAPs) located in Manchester, one in Concord, and one in Rochester. RAPS are a single point of entry to vital systems and support services for young adults experiencing homelessness.
Rochester Youth Drop-in Center
The Rochester Youth Drop-in Center helps young people ages 12-24 in Strafford County and east Rockingham County who are at-risk or experiencing housing instability. As a Regional Access Point (RAP), the Center consolidates access to vital systems and support services for young adults experiencing homelessness.
Concord Youth Drop-in Center
The Concord Youth Drop-in Center is a safe haven for Merrimack County youth ages 12-24 who are at-risk of experiencing or are experiencing housing instability. It also serves as a designated Regional Access Point (RAP) to connect young adults experiencing homelessness with systems and supportive services.
Manchester Youth Drop-in Center
The Manchester Youth Drop-in Center serves Manchester area young people, ages 12 through 24, who are at risk of experiencing or are experiencing housing instability. It is also a designated Regional Access Point (RAP) providing one-stop access to vital systems and supportive services for youth experiencing housing instability and homelessness.
Youth Navigator Program
Waypoint’s Youth Navigator is the “front door” for youth ages 12-24 to access immediate services when faced with a housing crisis. This means they are the first person a young person connects with.
