You don’t have to navigate the first months alone.

Waypoint’s Newborn Navigation Program connects pregnant individuals and families with newborns to support, resources, and services that help babies and parents thrive.

Waypoint’s compassionate team partners with you to provide personalized support and answer your questions. Services include breastfeeding and infant feeding support, education on infant care and parent-child attachment, maternal depression screening, guidance on preparing your home for a new baby, and referrals to community resources that can help your family thrive.

Services Provided

  • Up to 3 personalized home visits
  • Health and wellness support
  • Connections to community resources such as WIC, SNAP, and child care.
  • Education about developmental milestones.
  • Welcome Baby Bags for enrollees filled with valuable information and resources.

 

Parents or providers are welcomed to complete a brief Intake Form or contact us be connected to services.

Eligibility

Any NH parent who is pregnant or has a baby under 6 months old.
