Join us for a story, craft, and snack! This month we will be reading Herbert’s First Halloween by Cynthia Rylant. This event is open to children ages 0-8 and their caregivers.

Topics included in this workshop will be:
-the 3 things that matter the most when it comes to sleeping well
-setting your child up for sleep success without sleep training
-creating a bedtime routine that leads to a smooth and enjoyable bedtime
-sleep training strategies
-getting through daylight savings time
Participants will have the chance to have their sleep questions answered.
