Our free, online parenting classes or on-site groups are a great way to connect with others to share experiences and ideas. You will develop tools and skills, address areas of concern, become empowered, and expand your network of friends and allies. New groups are forming all the time!
Participants may be eligible to receive a certificate of completion for some groups and classes.

This group is for fathers and father figures looking to strengthen their parenting skills and connect with other dads. This FREE Empowering Fathers Across New Hampshire program, features the nationally recognized 24:7 Dad® curriculum.
This group helps participants: connect with other dads in a supportive group environment, build stronger parenting and communication skills and provides one-on-one support and access to financial, employment, and other community resources.

Parenting A Second Time Around (P.A.S.T.A) Class
- Parenting a Second Time Around (P.A.S.T.A.) is a free class for grandparents and other family caregivers in the position of raising children again.
- Topics include: rebuilding a family, child development, living with teens, discipline, caring for oneself as a caregiver and legal issues & advocacy.
- Childcare, food and parking validation will be provided at no cost.

Parent Chat & Play
Caregivers, come and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while your children have fun in our large playroom with activity centers. As weather permits, we will go outside to play in the large playground with climbing structures, bikes, and a sand and water table. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

P.A.C.T Parenting Autistic Children Together
A group for autistic children (0-5), or children suspected to be autistic, and their families.
Each event will start with a playgroup and time for parents to freely connect with others. The group will split halfway through, with the adults switching to the learning session, engaging in the topic the presenter is sharing that day. The children will remain in playgroup supervised by our providers. Parents must register to attend to ensure we have enough staff for the playgroup. If you are joining the learning session virtually, you will be sent a Zoom link to the email you provided at registration. We look forward to you joining us!
