Through our Home Health Care agency, Waypoint provides help to seniors and individuals with disabilities so they may live at home with dignity for as long as it is safe, and they choose to do so. Direct service professionals such as homemakers, personal care service providers, and licensed nurses help with household tasks, errands, hygiene, and other activities.

For seniors with chronic illnesses, registered nurses may be provided to perform general health assessments, assist with medications, and communicate with the primary care physician. All visits start with a free, in-home visit to review benefit eligibility and to design a plan of care.

Be a Caregiver

Do you love to help people and have skills that make life easier for others? If so, consider joining us as a caregiver in our Home Health Care program! Caregivers in Waypoint’s Home Care program help seniors and those with disabilities maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life, in the comfort of their own homes, on their own terms.

The clients in Waypoint’s Home Health Care programs are often alone, on fixed incomes, and have no other means of assistance. As a caregiver, you would make an enormous difference in their lives by helping with personal care, cooking, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and errands, as well as by simply being good company.

When you become a caregiver at Waypoint, you enjoy:

  • Flexible hours
  • 3 personal days
  • Opportunities for growth
  • A great team of colleagues
  • Competitive wages and mileage reimbursement
  • Training and ongoing support

Our dedicated staff loves what they do and the difference they make in the lives of others. Join our team!
