Early Supports & Services

NH Birth to 3 provides early support and services for young children who have, or are at risk for, developmental delay, or who have an established condition. The goal is to optimize your child’s cognitive and physical abilities, emotional and social development, self-sufficiency, and chance for success.

Our role is to connect you with services for your child, empower you with knowledge and understanding of their development, and teach the emotional and practical skills you’ll need to enhance the health, wellness and future of your child and your family. Together, you and your NH Birth to 3 team will design a program that best meets the needs of your child, family, and lifestyle. Your team may include speech and language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, educators, early childhood development specialists, and social workers.

Services for your child cannot be denied because of a lack of insurance coverage, and there is no out-of-pocket cost to families for NH Birth to 3 (insurance copays and deductibles will not be charged to families).
