Our Home Care program helps older adults and people with disabilities over 18 take care of themselves and their home.

Eligibility: Seniors and individuals with disabilities over age 18
Fee: None for clients eligible for CFI, Title XX, IIIB. Varies for others – sliding fee scale may be available based on age and income
