Emergency Homeless Shelter
Waypoint offers an overnight emergency homeless shelter for youth between the ages of 18 and 24 in downtown Manchester.
Youth Navigator Program
When you don’t have a safe home, connect with a friendly expert to help you get what you need and figure out next steps.
Manchester Youth Drop-in Center
If you are 12 to 24 years old and don’t have a home, this is your safe place in the Manchester area. Drop in and we will connect you to the services you need.
Rochester Youth Drop-in Center
If you are living in Strafford or eastern Rockingham County and don’t have a safe home, the Rochester Drop-in Center is here for you. Stop by to get the help you need!
Home Health Care
Our Home Care program helps older adults and people with disabilities over 18 take care of themselves and their home.
Health Care Coordination (HCC)
Does your child have a long-term health issue? We are here to make your life a little easier with information, tools, and groups for caregivers like you.
Home Visiting-Healthy Families America (HFA)
When you are caring for young children, you can have a home visitor come to your house to help you keep your kids safe and teach you how to be a better parent.
Kinship Navigation
If you are a grandparent or other relative taking care of kids, you can get help through the Kinship Navigation Program. Get resources and answers to your questions to make your job easier.
