When families are struggling and child protection services are involved, intervention is needed quickly to keep children safe and stabilize the family. HBTS works to restore positive functioning through trauma-focused, community-based therapy and provide education around community resources.

Our services are designed to tackle an array of family problems and are tailored to each family’s specific needs. Permanency Therapists use a variety of interventions to achieve a range of goals from preventing out-of-home placement of the child or facilitating family reunification, to improving parent-child communication and enhancing nurturing.
