Street Outreach Programs
Through the Street Outreach Programs, “boots on the ground” teams canvas communities in search of runaway, homeless, and other at-risk youth, ages 12-24. They walk the streets of Manchester, Strafford County, eastern Rockingham County, and Merrimack County to help connect vulnerable youth to the services they need.
