Kinship Navigation, Grandparenting & Kinship Resources
When parents are unable to care for their children, often family members take on the job. It is a beautiful and important act of family love, but it can be very difficult to unexpectedly parent a child relative. The Kinship Navigation Program provides free, confidential support to help.
Please see the referral form below to make a referral.
Parenting Plus
It takes a village to raise a child. Waypoint’s Parenting Plus Program is a service available to you, whether you’re caring for a newborn, navigating teen challenges, or anything in between. We offer free, supportive short-term home visits to help families with children from birth through age 18.
Healthy Families America
Healthy Families America with Waypoint is a voluntary program that provides free parenting support in New Hampshire to pregnant and newly parenting families. This nationally recognized program supports you as a first-time parent during pregnancy and through your child’s first three years.
Early Supports & Services
NH Birth to 3 provides early support and services for young children who have, or are at risk for, developmental delay, or who have an established condition. The goal is to optimize your child’s cognitive and physical abilities, emotional and social development, self-sufficiency, and chance for success.
