Kinship Navigation, Grandparenting & Kinship Resources
When parents are unable to care for their children, often family members take on the job. It is a beautiful and important act of family love, but it can be very difficult to unexpectedly parent a child relative. The Kinship Navigation Program provides free, confidential support to help.

Home Visiting-Parenting Plus
Because children don’t come with a “How to Raise Me” guidebook, it is easy to get overwhelmed. Waypoint provides guidance and support in short-term home visits for families with kids from birth until 18.
Visits are voluntary and can take place in the family home or other locations that the family selects.
