Each year Waypoint works with thousands of individuals and families. We see firsthand the barriers and challenges that prevent well-being and quality of life in our communities. It is a gift to be able to provide support that helps individuals overcome these barriers and challenges to not just survive but thrive. Our goal is that everyone in New Hampshire has access to the resources they need for self-sufficiency, a quality life, and to realize their full potential. During 2023, we had several key achievements toward realizing that goal.
