Waypoint’s Upper Valley Family Resource Center (FRC) is located in downtown Lebanon on the Advance bus route, within the Rivermill complex.
Our staff helps NH and VT families find resources and services to meet basic needs, make connections, and get support. We offer a wide range of classes and groups for free, and all are welcome. For NH families, we provide Healthcare Coordination for families raising children with chronic healthcare conditions, and Community-Based Voluntary Services to preserve families at risk. We also offer clothing, diapers, and other products to meet basic needs.
Waypoint is part of a statewide network of Family Resource Centers.

Join us for a child and caregiver-inclusive group for social connections and fun. Hosted by The Family Place & Waypoint, this group rotates monthly between both locations to give families and caregivers exposure to different programs as we bridge the river and link with others in our community. Meet new friends, encourage your child’s play, and share parenting ideas at our weekly playgroup for children ages 0-5 and their parents/caregivers. Siblings welcome.
Join us for an engaging Early Childhood music and movement class, where babies, toddlers, children, and their grown-ups participate and experience various genres of music, explore musical instruments, and interact together while moving and grooving to different rhythms and beats. Parents and caregivers support different areas of their child’s development and share in the music-making!
