Home Visiting-Healthy Families America
HFA helps pregnant and newly parenting families who need a little extra help and support. Trained Family Support Specialists visit families one-on-one to offer health education, parenting support, developmental screening, and connections to community resources. Visits are voluntary and can take place in the family home or other locations that the family selects.
