Waypoint Guardians are dedicated supporters who are the champions of our mission and our cause, each donating $1,000 annually to help the over 9,000 struggling families, youth, and elderly in NH. The steadfast support from Waypoint Guardians provides an essential foundation for our programs and services.
What is a Waypoint Guardian?
Waypoint Guardians are a group of extraordinary supporters who give generously to make a difference through Leadership giving. Guardians donate $1,000 or more between January 1 and December 31 each year. Annual giving is cumulative, and the $1,000 contribution may be made in one gift or recurring monthly gifts. Members receive invitations to Waypoint events and gatherings, as well as acknowledgment in donor listings.

Where it is needed most
Unrestricted giving allows Waypoint to allocate funds where they are needed most – whether to help families who have children with a chronic illness, families with babies with developmental delays, or the elderly who may have limited family support. Unrestricted gifts ensure that all programs are funded and Waypoint is organizationally strong.
Youth Experiencing Homlessness
An estimated 15,000 youth and young adults in NH will experience some form of homelessness each year. They may be homeless because their parents have substance use disorders, or they experience abuse or neglect, or they may have aged out of foster care and have no family to support them. Waypoint helps to provide youth with resources ranging from survival aid to temporary housing and case management.
Home Care
Our companions, homemakers, and nurses provide in-home assistance to seniors and adults with disabilities. Most of our clients do not have family support and live in poverty. Waypoint helps clients remain at home for as long as they are able to safely. Without Waypoint, they would have no other options.
Helping Children & Families
Before there were state services to protect children, there was Waypoint. Today, independent from but in partnership with the State of NH, we remain committed to protecting and advancing the well-being of children. Whether through parenting support or advocacy, Waypoint provides a lifeline to families and children in need or at risk.
The Upper Valley
Waypoint is growing in the Upper Valley in response to needs in the region. Extreme poverty, lack of transportation, and addiction have created barriers for the most vulnerable families. Our Family Resource Center provides vital assistance to these families by offering a range of programs, a network of support, and connections to community services.
Waypoint has several regional offices throughout New Hampshire. Below are the locations of these offices. If you are looking for specific program contact information, please visit the Programs Overview page or the Get Help page.
