Home Visiting-Healthy Families America (HFA)
When you are caring for young children, you can have a home visitor come to your house to help you keep your kids safe and teach you how to be a better parent.
Kinship Navigation
If you are a grandparent or other relative taking care of kids, you can get help through the Kinship Navigation Program. Get resources and answers to your questions to make your job easier.
Family Support Warm Line
Call our free phone service for help with raising kids and family issues. You can get answers to questions or find out about help you might be able to get.
Diaper Pantry
Diapers and wipes are expensive. If you have trouble affording them, you can get some free from the Diaper Pantry. This is a joint effort of the Concord Connections Coalition, which Waypoint is part of. It is open on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at Mill Brook School, 53 South Curtisville Rd, Concord, NH, from 3:30 – 5:30 pm.
