Povrty Neighbrhd powerlines SHTK

A conference: October 4, 8am - 12:30pm

The Opportunity Atlas, an interactive map following 20 million Americans from childhood to their mid-30s, shows how prospects for children can differ vastly from one neighborhood to the next; certain circumstances can either launch them on a trajectory of success or trap them in profound inequality.
