Free support group for parents, grandparents, caregivers

Series is facilitated by Jess Kimball. a full spectrum birth and postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, infant sleep consultant, and published author. She is passionate about expanding access to new parent education and believes that if you don't know your options you really don't have any. Her goal is to help parents learn all their options so that they feel empowered and confident in their choices and journey into parenthood!




SINGLE MOM SUPPORT GROUP

A safe space for single moms to gather, connect, and talk about the hard stuff.

Tuesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30, ONLINE

Dominique is a single mom and mental health professional in the Upper Valley who has a passion for supporting women in their role as mama.

Topic ideas for the first 4 weeks:

  1. Self care-how do you take care of yourself while caring for others.
  2. Is asking for help hard for you?
  3. What’s your biggest challenge as a single mom?
  4. Dating as a single mom.

For any in-person gatherings, CDC guidelines and town ordinances for health and safety will be followed.

Free weekly meetings where parents decide the topics and lead the discussions

This is where parents support parents with strategies and ideas, and share trials, tribulations, and laughs along the way. It's a chance to be heard and to hear others in a safe environment. Cultural traditions and boundaries are always respected.
