Brewing strong families on the Seacoast

FREE get together over coffee, for parents, grandparents,
and caregivers of children of all ages.

1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, 9:30-11am, starting September 20
at 11 Sandy Point Rd, Stratham, NH

Relax and enjoy coffee and conversation about the joys and challenges of raising kids in today’s world. Share parenting strategies and ideas for strengthening your family and taking care of yourself.

A safe space for single moms to connect and talk about the hard stuff, and opportunities to venture out as a group to enjoy cultural and recreational activities.

Topics will include things that matter to you. First sessions will cover self-care, getting help, dating, and overcoming big challenges.

2nd Monday/month, 6:00-7:00pm, ONLINE.
4th Saturday/month, 10am-12 noon for an Upper Valley community field trip!
